The Green Team

Together for Nature, Together for Community

The Green Team is a group that is focused on protecting the environment, giving back to the community, and enjoying the outdoors. Whether we’re volunteering, learning from local organizations, or exploring nature together, we’re always looking for ways to make a positive impact.

We proudly volunteer at Wakan Tipi, helping restore native prairie habitats that support local wildlife and healthier ecosystems. We also partner with the East Phillips Neighborhood Institute to support its work advancing environmental justice and sustainable urban farming.

Our team also enjoys getting outside and experiencing nature firsthand. From canoeing with a park ranger to guided nature walks, we create opportunities to connect with the environment, learn something new, and have fun together.

We believe that sustainability starts with small actions and grows through collaboration. By building partnerships, volunteering our time, and inspiring one another to care for the environment, we’re helping create a greener, healthier future—while making lasting connections along the way.

Whether you’re an experienced environmental advocate or simply curious about getting involved, there’s a place for you on our team.
