Social Justice Forum Potluck
Nourishing Hope. Inspiring Action. Our Social Justice Forum Potluck is a place to gather with friends, share a meal, and stay connected with the work happening in our community. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re already involved in social justice or just looking to learn more.
We start each gathering with a brief time of spiritual grounding, then catch up on recent actions, share stories from events we’ve attended, and talk about what’s coming up next. It’s a chance to exchange ideas, support one another, and find new ways to get involved.
People in our group are active with organizations like MN Welcoming Villages, Minnesota Immigrant Rights Action Committee (MIRAc), Unidos MN, Minneapolis Federation of Teachers, and other local community groups. By sharing what we’re involved in, we learn from one another and build connections across different movements and organizations.
Come for the potluck, stay for the conversation, and leave with new ideas, new connections, and maybe even a new way to make a difference. Whether you bring a dish or just bring yourself, we’d love to have you join us. We meet monthly and the date will be in our publications.
